A Dell PowerEdge 6850 Server with a PERC5i controller and 4 300gb Seagate Cheetah T10 ST3300555SS SAS serial scsi hard drives in RAID 10 were sent in for recovery. The client shut down the server and turned it on again but then the server would not boot because the PERC5i controller was sending errors in the 4 hard-drives and it wont let manually put them ONLINE with the Perc 5i Controller's utilities.
